Operations & Quality

An export-grade
processing platform, designed end-to-end.

Our 25,000 sq ft facility in Malur, near Bengaluru, processes 50 metric tonnes per day across four product verticals. Every kilogram passes through a six-stage cleaning chain and an in-house laboratory before it leaves the gate.

Processing Workflow

Six stages.
Zero compromise.

Our process is purpose-built to eliminate the three biggest sources of quality loss in Indian agri-exports: physical contamination, microbial load, and inconsistent grading.

STEP 01

Inbound Inspection

Every truck is sampled at the gate. Moisture, foreign matter, and microbial counts measured against contract spec before unloading.

STEP 02

Pre-cleaning & Sieving

Multi-deck vibratory sieves remove oversize and undersize fractions. De-stoners separate dense impurities by density gradient.

STEP 03

Gravity Separation

Air-table separation isolates immature and shrivelled seeds; this is where the bulk of yield-vs-purity tradeoffs are managed by spec.

STEP 04

Optical Sorting

Sortex colour sorters detect off-colour, discoloured or foreign seeds at high throughput, with per-product calibration profiles.

STEP 05

Magnet & Metal Detection

Permanent and rare-earth magnets plus in-line metal detectors before packaging eliminate ferrous and non-ferrous contamination.

STEP 06

Lab Release

In-house lab clears every lot against the buyer's COA spec. Microbial, pesticide, aflatoxin, and FFA results before dispatch.

The Facility

A purpose-built site,
not a converted warehouse.

The Malur facility was designed for export operations from the ground up — segregated allergen and non-allergen flows, climate-controlled storage, dedicated lines per product category, and a three-bay container loading area for direct stuffing.

Phase II expansion (board-approved, commissioning Q3 FY26) will add an adjacent 18,000 sq ft block, doubling daily capacity and adding dedicated organic and ready-to-eat lines.

Segregated allergen lines (sesame, peanut)
Climate-controlled raw and finished storage
In-house ISO 17025–benchmarked laboratory
Dedicated organic processing stream

In-House Laboratory

The lab is not a checkpoint —
it is the heart of the operation.

Eight stations, six technicians, and a per-lot release protocol. The lab tests every shipment against the buyer's specific Certificate of Analysis before any container leaves the gate.

Physical

Moisture, broken count, foreign matter, purity, density gradient.

Microbial

TPC, yeast, mould, coliform, E. coli, Salmonella screen.

Chemical

Aflatoxin (B1/B2/G1/G2), FFA, peroxide value, pesticide residue.

Sensory

Colour, odour, taste — calibrated panel for premium buyer specs.

Note: Methods aligned with AOAC, ISO and Codex protocols. Test reports archived for seven years per BRCGS requirements.

Certifications

Independently audited.
Continuously renewed.

Our quality framework holds eleven concurrent certifications. Each is audited by accredited third parties on a defined renewal cycle.
