Resource Stewardship
Water-positive operations by FY27 through rainwater harvesting and condensate recovery. Solar coverage targeted at 60% of grid load. Zero-waste-to-landfill across packaging and processing waste streams.
We export to markets that increasingly require certified-sustainable supply chains. We grow because our farmer partners grow with us. Our ESG framework is therefore not a programme — it is the operating model.
Each pillar carries quantified targets, audited annually under an internal protocol benchmarked to GRI Standards and SASB indicators for the packaged-food industry.

Our farmer programme is the single most important moat in our business. We contract directly with 2,400+ growers in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra — bypassing the layered intermediation that erodes farmer income and dilutes traceability.
Each partner receives an agronomy bundle: certified seed, input financing, on-farm advisory, and a contracted floor price. In return, Quessentials gets first right of refusal on the harvest — and a chain-of-custody record that travels with every kilogram to the buyer.
Quantified, time-bound, and externally reported.
